24VDC 40-Amp DIN Rail Mount Buffer Module

The MEAN WELL DBUF40-24 buffer module is an ideal low-cost solution for when you need a short-term UPS system. No battery is required.

Because the buffer module uses capacitors instead of batteries, they are much smaller, more cost-effective, and maintenance-free.  Buffer modules also have a faster response time than a UPS. 

Typical buffering time is 250ms @ 22VDC / 40A.

Multiple units can be connected in parallel to increase buffering time.
