The MEAN WELL SLD-50 series linear LED drivers come in 2 forms: A 12V and a 24V constant voltage model, and a constant current 1050mA version. All models have built-in power factor correction and are rated as a Class II power supply, so the housing doesn't need to be earthed. Another key feature of the SLD-50 series is the low 'no-load' power consumption.

This LED driver is available with Australian electrical safety approvals through ADM Systems Pty Ltd. Full Australian approvals for this LED driver are held by ADM and not MEAN WELL. Therefore, electrical safety certificates and reports can only be issued to customers who have purchased this item from ADM.  This is because there is no way of determining if LED drivers purchased from other sources meet the design requirements of the Australian standard.
