The MEAN WELL HEP-2300 series harsh environment power supplies have a rugged aluminium case, which provides excellent protection against knocks and bumps. There are 3 versions available:

Depending on the model, the output voltage and current can be dynamically trimmed (programmed) by applying an external voltage. Models with PMBus or CANbus can also be set to operate as a battery charger. This is done using the SBP-001 programmer, which is available as an optional extra, or via PMBus / CANBus.
The HEP-2300 models with the charging function are suitable for charging lead-acid batteries and li-ion batteries.
They MEAN WELL HEP-2300 series have a remote on-off function and also give you a DC OK output for remote status monitoring, and they feature a 12V auxiliary power output.
The wide operating temperature range (refer to derating curve in data sheet) means these power supplies can be used in a wide range of harsh environment applications.
