100-Watt Power Supply with High Peak Power Capacity
LRS-100N2
The MEAN WELL LRS-100N2 series has a peak power capacity that can provide 200% of its rated power output for a short duration. This makes it ideal for powering motors and other electromechanical loads. They can also withstand a 300VAC input surge for 5 seconds.
The enclosure is designed to ensure maximum heat dissipation, so no cooling fan is required, ensuring high reliability and quiet running. The LRS-100N2 power supplies are also compact. Their low-profile enclosure is just 1U high.
The high operating temperature makes it suitable for many applications. Customers are advised to refer to the derating curve in the data sheet. The LRS-100N2 series can also withstand a 5G vibration test, so they are perfect for mobile applications.
