20-Watt Dual Output Railway DC to DC Converter, 8.5V to 160V Input

The MEAN WELL RDDW20UW series dual output DC to DC converters have been designed to comply with standard EN50155, so they are suitable for use in locomotive and passenger train or tram applications. No minimum load is required and they come in an industry standard DIP 2" x 1" package. They have a remarkably wide input voltage range of 8.5V to 160V.

These DC to DC converters feature a built-in a remote on-off function and for safety, have 3KVDC input / output protection. The wide operating temperature (refer to derating curve in data sheet) means they can be used in most environments.
