200-Watt Power Supply for Outdoor LED Signage
UHP-200A
The MEAN WELL UHP-200A is a slimline power supply that is only 26mm high, taking up very little space inside your LED sign. The full range universal AC input make it ideal for OEMs building signage for global markets.
Cooling is achieved by conduction. This achieved by mounting the power supply on an aluminium plate, the required dimensions of this sheet are specified in the data sheet. Of course, this aluminium plate could be substituted for the metal housing of the finished product. This cooling method avoids dust moisture being drawn into the power supply, which has the potential to result in premature failure.
The UHP-200A power supplies have been designed to withstand a 300VAC surge for up to 5 seconds and have a low leakage current of less than 1.0mA.
