5000-Watt True Sine Wave Solar Inverter with UPS Function

The MEAN WELL NTU-5K series inverters have a true sine wave output, which is also referred to as a pure sine wave.  They can operate within a wide ambient temperature range (refer to derating curve in data sheet), which makes them suitable for use in most parts of the world. 

The in-built battery chargers can charge both lead-acid and li-ion batteries. The UPS function means that these inverters can be used in combination with batteries to provide a reliable source of power in areas where there is no reliable AC mains supply.

These inverters can tolerate a power surge of up to 10KW, and a DC Low alarm output allows for remote status monitoring. The internal electronics have a conformal coating, which provides some protection against moisture and dust ingress. 

The NTU-5K inverters support either MODBus-RTU (RS-485) or CANBus (depending on the model) and can be remotely monitored or set using the CMU2 controller.  Up to 6 units can be connected in parallel for up to 30KW of power.
